Gold - Xauusd long term graph
The writings below were originally written in Turkish. I summed up and the way that gold ( xauusd ) might and in fact do follow.
In the graph above, two simple pivots has been in focus for the long term view. The green line had been the first so-called "castle" for the bulls, and the yellow line is the last defence line. In other words, breaking off the yellow line could mean the bearish zone of the gold. The decline of the gold marvellous success story.
Has it been the case?
Well, for the first support, the green line, partly yes. But that was not the declarance of the bears over ter the bulls. Since as the yellow line was tried to be broken. These attempts failed. In that way NO IT HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE.
Every forex lovers remember the day; june 28th, 2013. Gold opened at 1200 Usd and fallen into 1180 Usd, then market suddenly rocketed it to 1234.
Who knows, may be the bulls got so angry with disturbance of their historical. It is historical, because, this line was never, ever even got so close and of course never tried to be broken. Bears got a strong resistance and the bulls got the price up suddenly.
That is only the start of the story. I will present the short term and current situation of gold in the following messages.
As a hint, i can point out that, as written clearly and as the time before it crossed 1250 and 1334, my strategy was installed on buying 1250 first and 1334 second. Unfrtunately that was in Turkish, but i will go on writing in English too.
As a second hint. If the case is gold, then think simple.
And the third hint: If the case is forex, again think simple.
